Description
Organic dark chocolate is ideal for baking. Break the pieces into the desired size or melt them in a bain-marie. Add the pieces to the dough and bake until done. Wonderfully intense and full-bodied flavour!
Minimum order quantity 0.1 kg.
When used for coatings, genuine dark chocolate must be thinned as desired so that the coating is easy to cut.
